Workshop Series – Desenho e Arquitetura

Conceptual thought can be registered in a variety of different manners. Architecture and hand-drawing are just two of them. Conceiving an architectural project, as well as representing it though drawings, share a great deal of similar problems: one has to assemble diverse elements, scale them and arranged them in a fair and balanced composition, in back and forward movements of doing and undoing, adding and removing, thinking and rethinking. A hand-drawing of an inexistent building is as much as important as the building itself. It it is drawn, it exists.
