Tania Tovar Torres

Tania Tovar Torres is a Mexican architect, curator and writer who graduated from UNAM and has a master’s degree from Columbia University GSAPP. She is the co-founder and director of the curatorial platform Proyector, based in Mexico City, which promotes emerging voices in architectural research. Her work focuses on documentary research and curating, and she was the curator of the Architecture Pavilion at the Abierto Mexicano de Diseño (2019 and 2020). She is also a professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana and a consultant for the German Agency for Sustainable Development Cooperation in Mexico. Tania has published in relevant journals such as Arquine, MAS Context and ARQ, contributing significantly to the contemporary cultural and architectural debate.
