Patricia Pedrosa

Patrícia Santos Pedrosa is a Portuguese architect, professor, researcher and feminist activist. With a PhD in Architectural Projects from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, she specializes in Architecture, Cities and Gender, with a focus on the visibility of women architects and feminist urbanism. She currently teaches at the University of Beira Interior and is a researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies at the University of Lisbon. She also founded and chairs the Women in Architecture association. Her work includes research projects on female architects in Portugal and the relationship between urbanism and gender equality.
