João Romão

João Romão is an architect and co-founder of XXXI.studio, based in Lisbon. The studio is recognized for its multidisciplinary approach, which combines architecture, design and cultural identity, creating spaces that balance chaos and beauty.
With a degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, João Romão has developed projects that explore the intersection between space, design and identity. XXXI.studio collaborates with brands, artists and craftspeople to create innovative and meaningful architectural solutions.’

Recently, João Romão was involved in the set design for the play “A COLÓNIA”, directed by Marco Martins, as part of the Culturgest program in Lisbon.
