Filipa Roseta

Filipa Roseta graduated in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon in 1996, where she is now an Assistant Professor in the Design department. In 2001, she founded Roseta Vaz Monteiro Arquitectos with Francisco Vaz Monteiro, where she developed several architectural projects, including the Boa Nova Church, a primary school and a Community Centre. Alongside his professional practice, he has developed a theoretical discourse focussed on modernity, focusing on how invention affects the production of space. She has published articles, book chapters and co-authored a book on these topics. She is currently a councillor for Housing and Municipal Works at Lisbon City Council
