Casa de Arquitectura

Casa da Arquitectura is a non-profit cultural organisation dedicated to the dissemination and preservation of architecture. Founded in 2007, it has established itself as a centre for the creation and programming of architectural content for national and international audiences. Casa da Arquitectura plays a fundamental role in the conservation and valorisation of architectural collections. A notable example is the incorporation of more than 500 scale models of projects by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Eduardo Souto de Moura. As well as preserving and exhibiting significant works, the institution promotes a variety of activities, including guided tours, educational workshops and conferences, aimed at bringing architecture closer to society and fostering debate about the built environment.
