Ana da Cunha

Ana da Cunha is a Portuguese journalist who was born in Porto 28 years ago. Since 2019, she has divided her time between Porto and Lisbon, having found in the capital a passion for stories and the people who live them. She has a degree in Communication Sciences and a master’s degree in Journalism from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (NOVA FCSH).
She is currently a member of the team at Mensagem de Lisboa, where she writes reports on heritage, culture and social issues. She also coordinates the ‘Mensagem ao Vivo’ project, a performative journalism initiative that brings real stories to the stage, bringing journalism and the community closer together. She is also responsible for organising and mediating the Lisbon Reading Club, promoting literary dialogue in the city.
