Ana Aragão

Ana Aragão is a Portuguese artist and architect, born in Porto in 1984. She graduated in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP) in 2009 and subsequently completed her doctorate at the University of Coimbra between 2011 and 2014, with an FCT scholarship.
He currently devotes himself exclusively to drawing, exploring themes such as urban imaginaries and paper architecture. Her work is characterised by detailed representations of imaginary cities. Ana Aragão has presented her work in several solo and group exhibitions, both in Portugal and internationally. In 2023, she held the exhibition ‘My Plan For Japan’ at the Hillside Forum in Tokyo, Japan.
