Initially trained in law, he decided to redirect his professional career towards gastronomy, starting his training in the hotel industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in various establishments, including Casa da Comida, Lekker by MJ, Express\u00f5es, Taberna Sal Grosso and Taberna Salmoura.<br \/>\nIn 2020, he took over as head chef of Chapit\u00f4 \u00e0 Mesa, where he implemented new dynamics, such as the \u201cFriendly Fire\u201d events, which brought chefs together for collaborative dinners.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently one of the chefs in charge of the kitchen at Musa da Bica and F\u00e1brica da Musa, establishments associated with the Musa brewery, where he continues to innovate in the gastronomic offer.
