Soraia Fernandes

Soraia Fernandes is dedicated to the practice of architecture and complements her practice with editorial, curatorial and critical work. She has a degree in Architecture from FAUP and TU Berlin. She has a postgraduate degree in Art Studies, specialising in Curatorial Studies, from FBAUP. She worked between Basel and Porto, predominantly in architectural design, namely at the Swiss studio Christ & Gantenbein. She was a member of the board of Dédalo magazine, co-editor and curator under the theme Displace. In the field of criticism, she has published articles in ArteCapital magazine and Revista Contemporânea. Soraia is co-founder of the PURA studio, which is dedicated to the thought and practice of architecture.
