Renata Araújo

Renata Araújo, professor of Art History at the University of the Algarve, is currently on an academic mission at the University of Cape Verde (Uni-CV). In an interview with the Communication and Image Office, the professor shared her activities and the collaboration established with the university. Born in Belém do Pará, Renata Araújo specialises in Art History with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism in Brazil, and a master’s and doctorate from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Since 2001, she has been a lecturer at the University of Algarve, where she teaches on programmes related to Cultural Heritage and Archaeology.
