Mónica Lara

Mónica Lara is an actress and dramatic expression teacher with a solid background in the performing arts. She studied at the Arden School of Theatre in Manchester, UK, where she developed skills in acting, movement and voice, consolidating a multidisciplinary approach to artistic work.

She is currently a Drama teacher at Usalma – Universidade Sénior de Almada, where she promotes cultural and pedagogical activities with adult and senior audiences, fostering creativity and personal development through theater.
