Daniela Gusman, Founder & Executive Director, brings over 20 years of cross-sector leadership to RISE. With extensive experience in international sales, marketing, business development, and social entrepreneurship, Daniela has worked across Europe, Australia, Africa, and the United States. Her strategic insight into organizational growth and her passion for inclusive development have shaped RISE’s direction from its inception. Daniela’s ability to bridge private-sector strategy with purpose-driven development ensures that RISE’s programs are both impactful and sustainable. She leads the organization with a focus on collaborative partnerships, scalable solutions, and community-centered outcomes.

RISE International is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to partnering with rural African communities to create sustainable opportunities in education, architecture, and economic empowerment, with a special focus on women and children.
