Luís Santiago Baptista

Luís Santiago Baptista is an architect, architecture critic and curator. He has a Master’s degree in Contemporary Architectural Culture from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon (FAUTL) and is a PhD candidate in Architectural and Urban Culture at the University of Coimbra.

He is currently a guest lecturer at the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies (ULHT), where he is also a researcher at LabART. Since 2006, he has been editor of the magazine arq/a, making a significant contribution to the critical discourse on architecture. His curatorial projects include co-curating the Portuguese representation at the Lisbon Architecture Triennale’s ‘North-South’ exhibition in 2010.
